How soon will I hear back?
Usually within a couple business days... sometimes sooner, depending how deep I am in a build. It's just me over here, so every reply is actually from me (not a bot, not a "we'll be in touch" autoresponder).
What should I put in my message?
Whatever you've got... your business and the vibe you're after. Even "I have no idea what I need, help" is a great start. The more you tell me, the faster I can point you the right way.
Do you hop on calls, or is it all email?
Both work. We can keep it to email or DM if that's easier, and if it makes sense to actually talk, we'll grab a quick call. No pressure to get on video.
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
Nope. "Not sure yet, just talk to me" is a totally valid answer (and a super common one). Tell me what's going on and I'll help you figure out whether it's the full build or a quick VIP Day.
Are you taking new clients right now?
Most of the time, yes... but I only take on so many at once so nobody gets rushed. If I'm booked out, I'll tell you straight and let you grab the next opening. Either way, reach out... it's the only way to find out.
What happens after I reach out?
I read it (really) and reply like a human. If we're a fit, I send you the next step and we get going. No black hole, no 14-email runaround.
